Light Day Away: Historic Bitter
This easy-drinking Bitter is based on an 1896 log from Rose’s Brewery in Malton, England. Following tradition, Light Day Away features Jasmine Rice, a homemade invert syrup and Saphir hops for a delicate flavor. A Nitro draft gives it a cask-like impression. Named for the Voyager 1 probe and its impending milestone, after 50 years communications will take 24 hours to reach it at 16 billion miles from Earth.
