Saltpeter Stockpile : Historical Colonial Porter (Nitro)
Porter was the world’s first industrial scale produced beer, and was a favorite drink of our first two Presidents. This one captures the spirit of Colonial brewing by using corn and molasses, common ingredients used to stretch often less reliable barley supplies, and is flavored lightly with Liberty hops and served on nitro to bring it all together.

Untouchable Like Ness : California Common
I'd like to welcome everybody to the flavors of the wild wild west, a toasty malt body and an earthy bitterness. Tiny hints of caramel and a fruity lager finesse. We brewed it with love so we can party with the rest!

Mild Cataclysm: Chile Beer
Oh such a nice sweet blonde with a touch of honey and light citrus notes. It would be a shame if we came along and all of a sudden violently changed it by adding roasted chile peppers! It'll be a life changing burn... but just a little one.

Puppy Perineal Sunshine: Summer Saison
I knew it would happen one day! Light and bright like the sunshine on a beautiful sunny day. Fresh fruity aroma with notes of pear and a touch of apricot give way to a spicy note of white pepper and cinnamon. Raise a glass to this most fortunate of events!

A Malört inspired IPA. A fresh fruity aroma of papaya and ripe melon that finishes with a full pithy bitterness. It makes for a great palate cleanser. Pair it with your favorite meal for a full flavored experience!

Butcher of Plainfield: Fruity Pebbles Cream Ale
Named after Ed Gein, this is the 3rd rendition of our "Cereal Killer" series. 20% of the beer is made with Fruity Pebbles the mascot of which also famously wore the pelts of his victims. Light bodied full of fresh Fruity Pebble flavor and just a touch of sweetness. Yabba-Dabba-drink up buttercup!
